2-Arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On July 20, 2023 at about 4:20 PM, operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, OIC, conducted Anti-Illegal Drug Operation in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of two drug personalities. Four (4) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from their possession with an estimated weight of 0.3500 grams with a street value of Php 2,500.00. Arrested suspects were informed of the crime committed and apprised of their constitutional rights.
The suspect will be charged for Violation of Section 5, 11 and 26 of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
