OWWA RWO 3 will be accepting applications for Currently Enrolled (incoming 2nd to 5th year in college) this S.Y. 2022-2023 under the Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) per province on the following dates:

AUGUST 22, 2022 – PAMPANGA AUGUST 23, 2022 – BULACAN AUGUST 24, 2022 – BATAAN AUGUST 25, 2022 - TARLAC AND ZAMBALES AUGUST 26, 2022 - NUEVA ECIJA AND AURORA

There are six (6) slots for each province. Acceptance of applications will be on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Applicants must personally submit their applications to OWWA RWO 3, Matulungin St. cor. Mahusay St., DMGC, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on the above-specified dates, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
