Announcement: COVID-19 Vaccination

Ang ISOLATION FACILITY po ay nasa likod ng Police Station sa Sabang,

San Roque, Angat, Bulacan.

Padala po ng vaccination card at xerox copy for booster doses.

-For 1st Booster dose of 18 yrs old and above with at least 3 months from primary dose (2nd dose)

-For 1st booster dose of 12-17yrs old with atleast 5 months interval from primary dose(2nd dose)

-For 2nd booster dose with at least 3 months from 1st booster dose for immunocompromised (A3) -and with at least 4 months interval for 18-49 yrs old (A3) and 50 yrs old and above from 1st booster dose
