Arrest of Wanted Person for Physical Injuries (Bench Warrant)
On September 26, 2026 at about 8:30 PM, Tracker team of Angat MPS (Lead Unit) led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, ACOP with PCPT DARWIN S BAUTISTA, Intel/Invest PCO, together with 301st Maneuver Company-RMFB3 served the Bench Warrant of Arrest against the accused @JUNJUN for the crime of Physical Injuries under Criminal Case No. 286-A5-2022, issued by HON. IRENE ARCEO DELA CRUZ Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court, Angat, Bulacan dated September 26, 2023.
The accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and his constitutional rights in a dialect known and understood by him. The accused is presently under the custody of this station and all necessary documents are being prepared.
