Arrest of Wanted Person for the Crime of Section 10 (a) of RA 7610
On July 28, 2023 at about 6:00 PM, personnel of this station led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, Acting Chief of Police, together with 301st MC-RMFB3 conducted manhunt operation that resulted to the apprehension of the accused by virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 10 (a) of RA 7610, with criminal case no. 3251-M-2014, issued by HON. OLIVIA V ESCUBIO-SAMAR, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 79, City of Malolos, Bulacan dated December 3, 2015, with recommended bail of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php80,000.00).
The accused was informed of his constitutional rights in a dialect known to him upon the arrest and was brought to this Station for proper disposition and documentation.
