ARRESTED by VIRTUE OF WARRANT OF ARREST
"Acts of Lasciviousness"
At about 8:32 PM of February 22, 2025 at Brgy I, Bais City, Negros Oriental, tracker team of Angat MPS, Angat, Bulacan led by PCPT Darwin S Bautista DCOPO with Intel Operatives, under the supervision of PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, COP and PLTCOL ROLAND DESIREE DS LAVISTO, COP of Bais City, Negros Occidental conducted the implementation of Warrant of Arrest that resulted on the arrest of the suspect for ACTS OF LASCVIOUSNESS IN REL. TO SEC. 5(B) OF R.A. NO. 7610 AS AMENDEDBY R.A. NO. 11648 with Criminal Case No. 708-M-2025, 709-M-2025 with (200,000.00) each bail bond recommended, issued and signed by HON. SITA JOSE CLEMENTE Presiding Judge, RTC BRANCH 16, 3rd Judicial Region, Malolos City, Bulacan, issued and signed dated February 12, 2025.
The arrested person is now under the custody of Bais City Police Station for proper disposition
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE
