Qualified Theft
On March 29, 2023 at about 2:00PM, the Complainant turned-over the 2-identified suspects in this station for the case of Qualified Theft.
According to the Security Guard, while he was performing his job, he was able to arrest the two suspects stealing the truck starter (for international truck) worth Php35,000.00. The two suspects tried to escape and loaded the said item without gate pass on a Yamaha Mio (MC) Sporty without plate number being driven by one of the suspects where they were flagged down at the exit gate manned by arresting security guard. Inventory at the place of incident was done in the presence of the suspects, complainant and arresting Security Guard.
Action Taken: Criminal complaint is being prepared for referral before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
