Angat MPS - Bulacan PPO
Three (3) Personalities were arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On March 17, 2023 at about 2:00 AM, operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) under the supervision of PMAJ KIDDIE DC BALASOLLA, ACOP together with Special Operation Unit 3, PNP Drug Enforcement Unit ( SOU 3, PDEG) conducted Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of three (3) identified suspects. Confiscated/recovered from their possession a total of eight ( pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.3000 grams with street value of Php4,000.00. Arrested suspects were informed of the crime committed and apprised of their constitutional rights when arrested.
The suspects will be charged for Violation of Section 26 in relation to Section 5 and Section 11 under Article II, of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
