Bulacan PPO – Angat MPS
Seven (7) personalities were arrested for Violation of Section 26 in relation to Section 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)
On February 8, 2023 at about 2:50 PM and 5:10 PM in the Municipality of Angat, Bulacan Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) led by PCPT DARWIN S BAUTISTA under the supervision of PMAJ KIDDIE DC BALASOLLA, ACOP conducted buy-bust operations in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 (PDEA R3) that resulted in the arrest of seven (7) personalities all included in PNP-PDEA Unified Drug Watchlist.
Confiscated / recovered from their posssession a total of seventeen (17) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of Php 8,500.00. Arrested suspects were informed of the crime they committed and apprised of their constitutional rights.
Further, all suspects were brought to Bulacan Medical Center for Physical examination and Bulacan Forensic Unit for drug test and laboratory examination of seized drug evidence.
