On January 10, 2025 at about 8:00PM, Operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit led by PMAJ MARK ANTHONY L SAN PEDRO, COP conducted buy-bust operation that resulted to the apprehension of one (1) identified suspect aka Lando. The suspect sold one (1) small heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and were confiscated from the possession are three (3) pieces of small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with more or less 0.700 grams with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 5,000.00 and one (1) piece Five Hundred Peso bill utilized as buy-bust money.
The inventory was done at the place of incident in the presence of DOJ representative, Media Representative and Elected Barangay Councilor. The suspect and pieces of evidence will be brought by arresting officers and investigator-on-case in San Jose Del Monte Forensic Satellite Office, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan for drug test and laboratory examination.
ACTION TAKEN: Criminal complaints are being prepared by this Station against the suspect to be referred before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
