ARRESTED ON RA 9165 and RA 10591 in relation to Omnibus Election Code
On February 8, 2025, Operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Angat MPS conducted Anti-Illegal Drugs (Buy-bust) Operation that resulted to the arrest of suspect and confiscation of more or less 0.300 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price of Php 2,040.00 and caliber .38 revolver without serial number loaded with three (3) live ammunition.
The arrested suspect and pieces of evidence will be brought to Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examinations. Criminal complaints for Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 and Violation of R.A. 10591 are being prepared against the arrested suspect for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Bulacan, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
