ARRESTED ON VIOLATION OF SECTION 5 and 11 ARTICLE II of RA 9165
On February 18, 2025 at about 9:00 PM, Operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Angat MPS conducted Anti-Illegal Drugs (Buy-bust) Operation that resulted to the arrest of suspect and confiscation of more or less 0.700 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price of Php 5,000.00.
The arrested suspect and pieces of evidence will be brought to Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examinations. Criminal complaints for Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 and being prepared against the arrested suspect for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Bulacan, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
