In connection with the recently concluded period of COC filing for the 2023 BSKE, please be informed of the PROCESS FLOW and MODES OF PAYMENT for the FILING OF SPA CASES.
This procedure shall be only applicable to the following petitions relative to the 2023 BSKE:
PETITION TO DENY DUE COURSE TO OR CANCEL CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
PETITION TO DECLARE A NUISANCE CANDIDATE
PETITION FOR DISQUALIFICATION OF A CANDIDATE
A petition must be electronically filed before the Office of the Clerk of the Commission (OCOC) thru its official email address: clerkofthecommission@comelec.gov.ph
