SERVED WARRANT OF ARREST: "Acts of Lasciviousness"
The Operatives of Angat MPS arrested the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5(B), Art. III of RA No. 7610 (Lascivious Conduct) five (5) counts with Criminal Case No: 946-M-2025, 947-M-2025, 948-M-2025, 949-M-2025 and 950-M-2025 issued by HON. SITA JOSE CLEMENTE, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 16, City of Malolos, Bulacan, dated February 19, 2025, with recommended bail of Php 200,000.00 each for counts. Accused is presently detained at the Custodial Facility of Angat MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
