SERVED WARRANT OF ARREST: "ESTAFA"
The joint operating units of Angat MPS (Lead Unit) together with 301st MC-RMFB 3 and Bulacan 2nd PMFC served warrant of arrest to the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Estafa with Criminal Case No. 1806-M-2024 issued by HON. LYN L LLMASARES-GONZALEZ, Presiding Judge at RTC of Bulacan, Third Judicial Region, San Jose Delmonte Bulacan, Branch 120 dated September 18, 2024 with recommended bail of Php20, 000.00.
Accused is presently under custody of this Angat MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
Said Operation was part of Anti-Criminality Campaign for Safe, Secure and Fair 2025 National and Local Election and BARMM PE.
