Heavy rainfall outlook due to Tropical Cyclone OFEL and MAN-YI

Saturday noon to Sunday noon (November 17)

Heavy to Intense (100-200 mm):

Northern Samar, Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Marinduque, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Metro Manila, Pampanga, #Bulacan, Bataan, Batangas,Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Aurora

Forecast rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas. Moreover, impacts in some areas maybe worsened by significant antecedent rainfall.

The public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property.

PAGASA Regional Services Divisions may issue Heavy Rainfall Warnings, Rainfall/Thunderstorms Advisories, and other severe weather information specific to their areas of responsibility as appropriate.

Unless significant changes occur, the next Weather Advisory will be issued at 2:00 PM today.
